LOIS Builders Ltd. recognises the contribution of its personnel. That is why, the managing director personally supervises the management of human resources.

Particular attention is paid to the professional development of the managerial staff. All managers are encouraged to invest time for the improvement of their skills at the full expense of the company. Furthermore, the benefits that are offered to our high level managers significantly exceed the average of the market. The managers are also encouraged to take initiatives and new responsibilities.

The company currently employs approximately 120 employees of whom 10 can be considered as managerial personnel. In particular, 25 qualified civil engineers, quantity surveyors and architects are employed. Most of these professionals have between ten and fifteen years of managerial experience. At any given time it is estimated that an average of 500 people are working on the construction sites managed by LOIS Builders Ltd.
